Accountability / revisions
Corrections and challenges
Public research should be correctable. Every published record keeps a revision number, update time and visible note when a material claim changes.Challenge a record
Identify the affected URL, quote the disputed claim, explain the issue and provide the strongest available supporting source. Do not include secrets or unnecessary personal data.
What happens next
The challenge is checked against the cited record and independent evidence. A material change receives a dated correction; an invalid claim is retracted without deleting its audit trail.
Translation differences
English is the canonical research record. A translation correction updates the locale copy without silently changing the source claim.
